As a weightlifter, coach, and clinician, I’ve always been passionate about helping people maximise their potential—whether that’s overcoming pain, improving performance, or simply moving better. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I understand the unique challenges that lifters and active individuals face.
The Hybrid Approach
During my time as a personal trainer and weightlifting coach, I realised a significant gap in care for athletes involved in sports like weightlifting and CrossFit. Many clinicians lacked the specific understanding needed to support athletes who wanted to keep training while managing injuries.
This drove me to become a hybrid practitioner—combining my knowledge of strength sports with the hands-on care and clinical expertise of osteopathy.
As an osteopath, I aim to bridge the gap between injury management and performance coaching, offering individualised care that empowers athletes to stay active and achieve their goals.
